Bob & Anna were my agents for the recent (May 23) sale of my home at 2 The Anchorage Sunny Hills. Bob & Anna have a tested process to sell a house and it works, accordingly we sold as planned. Their important secret is attention to detail and it requires a cooperative Vendor to execute their plan for decluttering, presentation (attending to deferred maintenance) and untidy sections. What a change can be made to the attractiveness of a property with their guidance. Also a great help was the pool of trade folk Bob could muster to the job.
