Long settlement, but we got there eventually!

Very good, would be difficult to find much better than Gillian and her support tesm
Gillian is a natural communicator and has that “X” factor when it comes to selling, something that can’t be imitated, learned or faked. She is able to communicate on everyone’s level and comes across as very genuine. A good negotiator who pro actively goes after a prospective buyer. Delivers what she says she will and doesn’t give any false expectations to get a listing. What you see with Gillian is what you get. Good old fashioned customer service. Overall a very fulfilling experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling.

Experienced, professional with a personal touch
Selling a property has alot of challenges and brings its own stresses but from the moment we met Naven, we felt a real sense of support and guidance that truly made the process seemless. We made a MISTAKE - Talk to Ajay to rectify it!
We have been dealing with Ajay since more than 2 years and his guidance has been vital and enabling us in making good financial choices. We made an error and engaged some other agents while we were selling our house and regretted the process, I had to follow up on the marketing calender, viewing and were counting on them to buy our next house! BIG mistake... we then connected with Ajay, explained him our situation and whoosh he got to work on our behalf. he understands the brief, takes time to know us as a family and what would work for us and is so accommodating. Exceptional team!
Dev and Anju were great. Very professional, friendly and patient. Professional and knowledgeable, a recipe for success
Jitender and Sally made selling our first house a very seamless process. Right from the first text message, Jitender & Sally have always been attentive and updated us at each milestone, providing informative and honest feedback throughout.
