Barfoot we’re not helpful in pushing one day for the client when bank for a day extension and as a compensation we ended up paying 20000 to hold the proper, they couldn’t negotiate or mediate well with the vendor. Very unhappy service received from barfoot agents but manoj attempted to get the property for a reasonable price.
