All challenges were quickly overcome because Andy knew who to talk to and what to do in order to obtain the information required to make informed decisions. I was out of town so Andy managed all of the contractor site visits and facilitated the whole process which gave me so much confidence to proceed - I couldn't have done it without him. He is reliable, professional, experienced, a skilled negotiator, and is practical, genuine, and lovely to work with.
