•Luke was both proactive and responsive. I came with quite a small narrow budget with multiple requirements, which resulted in us viewing a high number of properties over quite a long period of time. Luke offered advice without being patronising or talking down to my lack of knowledge of the home-buying process (this being my first time) and never made me feel like my questions were too basic, taking the time to explain things when I asked, or if he felt like background would be helpful. When my initial list of requirements proved too ambitious for my budget, he led me to such a realisation on my own time so I could accept it, even though I am sure he knew beforehand. Honestly having Luke be my agent often felt like having a friend who was helping me find my first home to own, but one that has a deep understanding both of the market (particularly apartments, both inner city and outside such) and the process of buying. He would be excited for me but also never made me feel like he wasn't grounded. Further, even though my budget, as mentioned, was quite small, he never made me feel like I was a lesser client than those he must have with budgets twice, 5 times, or even possibly 10 times my own. He was always giving with his time with me, making me a priority. I have already recommended him to friends and colleagues who are in positions similar to my own.
