Professional, caring, considerate and a good communicator.

As everybody knows that the market is unfavourable for sellers and I have to adjust my expectations across all the procedures. For example, I have been thinking whether to withdraw my property from the market until later some time; or do I need lower my price a little bit to sell the property ASAP, etc. Kim, based on his professional knowledge, provided me with good advice so that the property has been put on the market for a while with open home settings. At the same time, he respected my decision and did not try to push hard on what I did not want to do. His way of handling this situations is highly appreciated.
