Bob supported me through the entire process — from preparing the house for sale to finally going unconditional. His sales techniques were clever and instrumental in selling a unique property in a difficult market. He's an excellent communicator who always kept me up to date, and he was great at clearly explaining the rationale behind changing strategies so I could make informed decisions. He was also genuinely sensitive to the fact that this was a deceased estate.
