Communication and Professionalism Require Improvement

Overall, I was not fully satisfied with Gina’s attitude and level of professional support throughout the sales process. Compared with other agents we have worked with, her guidance and coordination with related parties did not meet our expectations. Other agents from the same company have consistently provided clear, professional and patient service, whereas the overall communication experience in this transaction was less positive than anticipated. While Gina fulfilled the basic responsibilities required for the sale, I hope she will demonstrate greater sincerity, patience and professionalism in her future work.
