We are incredibly grateful to Yinyin for her professionalism, patience and genuine care throughout our home-buying journey. God knows how hard it is to choose a house, especially for clients like us who fly in from elsewhere to buy a property in Auckland. We are unfamiliar with the area and have no local experience, so it's extremely difficult. Then Yin came along and made all the difference. She has a strong professional background, was always able to quickly determine whether our pre-prepared list of properties really met our needs, and had great patience in responding to our various impromptu decisions. She is also a kind friend who provided us with comfort when we were exhausted and overwhelmed.
