Prompt, extremely knowledgeable and just superb agent!

When my wife and I decided to purchase a property, we were totally clueless about what we should be looking at and how everything works. We had known Meghan through a neighbour of ours and we had heard good words about him (and now can say that they are absolutely true). So we contacted him. Meghan met us, and explained how the things work. He understood our requirements and started sending us details of the properties that fit our expectations. He took no time in organising private viewings for all the properties that we liked. He also showed us positives and negatives of the property, and advised how to amend/get rid of the negatives. That really helped us in deciding which houses are not worth our money. When we faced some delays in arranging the finances, he worked with the vendor agent and the lawyers, and found an innovative way to keep the contract alive which benefitted both us and the sellers. We didn't have to worry about getting penalised due to the delays which were out of our control. Meghan is very prompt at responding, and understands the property market extremely well. We have no hesitation in recommending Meghan, he has helped us find our dream house, and we have no doubt will do so for others. If we decide to buy another property, we know Meghan will be our agent again. :)
