We first went to view the property at 65 Pine Harbour Parade on a whim and met Mark Van Ettan who was very informative and helpful but not at all pushy. After another two visits and conversations with Mark we put in an offer which was accepted - all we had to do was sell our house first! Mark was excellent throughout the process, which involved both lows and highs, and he helped us navigate both ends of the sales and purchase process. In the end we made it happen and now are looking forward to moving to Beachlands.

In 2005 we returned from working overseas and were put in touch with a super guy by he name of Ian Boswell who sold us our lovely home in Beachlands. That experience was so good that we vowed to go back to Ian if and when we needed to sell. And that time came in September 2022 - which was just about the most perfect time NOT to sell. But our faith in Ian and his 003 team never wavered. Ian’s indefatigable relentless positivity, and his ability to solve any problem that came up, with his wide access to a network of people that he has built up over the years of service that he has given to the Beachlands community were always reassuring. And over a year later, with the market starting to recover from the price drop associated with rapidly escalating interest rates, Ian and Mark and the team found us not just one buyer, but 2 families who were both keen to live in our house with its sea views. Given the long sales period involved in the sale - we are sure many would have abandoned us! We even joked about the hours spent strategising the best way forward and the seemingly never-ending open homes! Those hours to us were a nuisance but to Ian his work rate return must have seemed like a rate of $2 per hour. But Ian and Mark Van Ettan (Ian’s trusty offsider) never complained and never gave up. In the end they had moved from being not just wonderful agents but wonderful friends too!
