My personal experience was extremely stressful as the preperation to get house on market then all of the open homes was not a pleasant time. At the end of the day it is very personal and a one size fits all approach no longer works in today's world. However, Ian has a knack of remaining upbeat and positive and that got me through the process, I think, in one piece. Ian will listen and do what needs to be done to make sure he sells your home. I do recommend Ian and his team and give them all, a weary, but kind of cheery, thumbs up :)

Jenny worked tirelessly to help us find the home we wanted in Maraetai. We had a few false starts, checked a few properties out that looked promising but didn't come to fruition, and at times wondered what we would have to do to get our wish list met. Jenny never gave up, in fact seemed to take the knockbacks as a personal challenge and found property after property until the right one that ticked all the boxed turned up. Then she got us a private viewing, turned up personally every time, and got the home opened up again for us when we needed to take whanau through. Jenny went above and beyond and we are very grateful. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
