I have been involved in the real estate market for over 30 years, and I would say Zheng Sun is the best agent I have dealt with. He shows his professionalism and dedication in his job throughout the course of the sale of my property at 35 Reelick Avenue. He would patiently explain to all potential buyers about the current market, telling them about the details of the house, and he would go to check on the property a few times every week to do bits and pieces (the property was vacant) to make sure it maintained the best state for the viewing at the weekend. Besides, he kept constant contact with me to update the backgrounds of the clients and to suggest tips on how to make the property more presentable. The most impressive thing he did was to provide all the information required by the buyer regarding the mortgage, the solicitor, as well as the details of how to maintain the property after the purchase. Zheng also impressed us with his great patience, as the stage between signing the sales contract and the settlement date was painfully long due to the issues with the solicitors and the bank, but with Zheng's enormous effort and help, the deal was finally completed! We thank Zheng for going miles beyond to make this sale a success in such a slow real estate market. Through dealing with Zheng, we would surely rate Zheng 5/5 for being such an outstanding agent!
