From the moment i met Mark i knew he would find my new home. He was warm, professional, fully engaged and willing to listen to what i wanted and where i wanted to be. He arranged private viewings for me and before we met he would be fully prepared with all the information i would need but if there was anything further he would find out and come back to me within the day. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each property for me and ensured that i was fully apprised in all areas. When i decided to offer on a property he was there guiding me through the negotiation, but never pushing so at all times i felt in safe hands. I bought my new home through him and would confidently do so again in the future.
