Our house, before it became our house, was initially under contract with another buyer. I messaged Bowen regardless, and mentioned we were interested in the property and asked him to let me know if anything changed with the status of the house. A few weeks later, I received a message from Bowen, saying that the contract had fallen through and if we would like to view the property. At this point, I had mostly forgotten about this house as I thought it would’ve been snapped up, so I was surprised to hear from him, but also very grateful. His communication with us throughout the process has been swift and easy. We would happily work with Bowen again.
