Richard's attention to detail and communication skills with a non-NZ purchaser are described below.

Richard methodically and actively negotiated with a discerning Asian purchaser on behalf of this willing NZ seller involving a sale and purchase agreement for two parcels of mutually adjoining undeveloped residential land of combined area 2640m2. He is patient, well informed, and a pleasure to deal with to achieve a sale in the currently depressed real estate climate in the North Shore area of Auckland City. A complicating feature of this sale has been (and remains currently) the intrusive behaviour of a senior Auckland Council officer who has, quite wrongly, interferred with the intended, and relatively straightforward, sale process. I look forward to Richard's very competant support, if and when required, to assist me in overcoming that Council officer's untimely interference. In the meantime I have to report that the actual sale is currently being frustrated from its due completion (later this year) by that renegade Council officer. In answer to the following question regarding the use, or non-use, of the 'RateMyAgent' document/information I'm not aware of such information apart from the 'stars' at the commencement, but cannot proceed with this assessment without (it appears) selecting 'Yes' at this conclsion of the assessment.
