I'd recommend Bowen Wang to anyone buying in North Shore. He was helpful and supportive from the first viewing, and always quick to respond to calls and messages. The conveyancing side didn't run as smoothly as it should have — the vendor's solicitor was unresponsive and things stalled more than once — and each time Bowen was the one who picked it up, chased both sides and kept the sale moving. Without him I don't think we'd have got what we asked for. That kind of proactive support makes a real difference.
