As stress-free as real estate sales can be

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Bonnie from Bayleys Auckland Central when we were selling our apartment in the city. As overseas owners, Bonnie provided us with valuable insight into the local real estate market. Communication was great, and Bonnie was quick to respond to emails and texts – even during off-hours – which was important due to a 5-hour difference in time zones. She covered all the ground, from the initial valuation to organising furniture for a photo shoot, advertising and holding open-homes for prospective buyers, including the eventual purchasers. The entire process was as stress-free as these things can be. And we wholeheartedly recommend Bonnie and Bayleys to anyone interested in selling a property in New Zealand.
