Chelsea was very upbeat in a difficult market

There was little interest in the property but Chelsea managed to get a higher price than the other three agents I talked to. That coupled with Arizto's flat fee made the sale worthwhile in a difficult market. I was very sceptical about the incentive to get the highest price with a flat fee but would recomend Chelsea without hesitation. Arizto's systems are also very good
