Frustrating

This agent was particuarly difficult to contact. It appeared he had little knowledge of this house. The owner showed us through. We contacted her to ask the questions we needed answers to. The only interest he showed was when we emailed to say we wanted to put offer in Also when contract arrived it stated we had been fully informed about the unpermitted deck. We had no knowledge of this at all prior to seeing it on contract.
