Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that aspects of the process didn’t meet your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond.
I would like to clarify that communication was prompt at all times. As with any agent, there are moments when I’m in appointments and unable to answer immediately, but I always return calls and messages as soon as possible.
You were supplied with the full property file and information on 8th February, and again on 18th February, within an hour of your voicemail advising you were driving through from Reefton and hoping for a same‑day viewing.
Unfortunately, that timing did not work for either my client or myself. With the help of my client, we were still able to arrange a last‑minute viewing for 12pm the following day, despite the short notice.
I have reviewed all of my notes, and at no point was there a lack of communication from my side and any questions you raised were promptly addressed. I take communication seriously and prioritise it highly, as it’s an essential part of ensuring buyers feel supported and informed.
Regarding the unpermitted deck, this was disclosed at the time of preparing your offer and also included within the contract as part of the required written disclosure. I’m sorry if this was not as clear as it should have been during your review of the documents.
I appreciate your feedback and will continue to refine my processes to ensure every buyer feels fully supported throughout their journey.
