Excellent communication and responsiveness
Working with Adam Fuller from our first interaction to settlement day was a positive experience. We were very impressed with the pre-sale knowledge and patience that Adam had shown from the time we found a handwritten request on our door to contact him. We decided to delay our decision to sell until we enjoyed another summer break in Pauanui. After consulting another Agency we gave Adam approval in February to handle the sale. What happened then was a very pleasant surprise with the sale sign going up on Friday and a few days later, we were presented with an unconditional offer close to our expectations! The experience until settlement could not be faulted and we can recommend him to handle real estate sales.
