Adam is an excellent communicator.

We were very impressed with the pre-sale knowledge and patience that Adam had shown from the time we found a handwritten request on our door to contact him. We decided to delay our decision to sell until we enjoyed another summer break in Pauanui. After consulting another Agency we gave Adam approval in February to handle the sale. What happened then was a very pleasant surprise with the sale sign going up on Friday and a few days later, we were presented with an unconditional offer close to our expectations!
