I would like to begin by commending Laurie for his outstanding work in the sale of my property at 5:03 Southland Road, Hastings. Prior to engaging Laurie, I had entrusted another agent with the sale for approximately four months during what is typically considered the peak selling season. This was after completing a full renovation, presenting the property in exceptional condition from top to bottom. Unfortunately, despite these advantages, the property did not sell, and the experience left me both disappointed and discouraged. Laurie approached me shortly thereafter, and from the outset demonstrated professionalism, confidence, and a clear strategy. Despite the property having previously been on the market for an extended period, Laurie delivered an outstanding result—successfully securing a sale at a very strong price. Laurie, alongside his partner Jana, worked tirelessly throughout the entire process. Their dedication, communication, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for both myself and my wife were evident at every stage. I cannot recommend Laurie and Jana highly enough. Linda was so onto it, the whole experience went by in a flash. We got photos and video done (which looked really good) and then Boom! it was sold, before it even got to market. I was very happy with the price and Linda helped me to communicate with the lawyer when I didn't understand what they were saying. Linda was a big help, super efficient and lovely to deal with. Will definitely recommend
