Kim was professional, friendly and what I would call awesome service, nothing was a problem to her
I really appreciate everything Kim did for me, selling my apartment and purchasing a new town house. She was a constant support, she was always there for me and made any worries disappear, she took control of the situation and I had an offer in about 2 weeks, unbelievable! A Sales Professional who understands who shes working for
We are no stranger to real estate. Having arranged a couple of appraisals, Trudy arrived warm and excited by her initial inspection. An hour later we had discussed what spruce up was required, Trudy offered to organise staging, ran through our expectations and suggested market positioning. She felt the property would sell well and was genuinely eager to sell it. We cancelled the other appraisal! We did our bit She did her bit- Everything when she said she would, with great communication. We felt Trudy was our champion. She dealt with a couple of cross lease issues Linked lawyers and neighbours and sold the property quickly for what she anticipated Wow...what a lovely, knowledgeable sales professional, who looks after her client A bit old fashioned by todays standards Guess who we will always recommend Thanks Trudy

Amazing communication, knowledgeable and accommodating
Within An hour of inquiring about the house, we had a time frame for a viewing, all of the information that we needed regarding the house, Dulcie made time after work on a terrible cold wet night to show us the property, my partner and I when we started looking at houses said one of our main things would be to buy a house that Dulcie was listing.
