I could not believe how easy this process was with Darren from Aritzo. The process was seamless, efficient and easy! As first time house sellers we mentally prepared ourselves for a paper heavy, long drawn out anxious few months ahead. We were pleasantly surprised. I loved that everything was online, comms were great and the Aritzo dashboard made life so much easier. Darren has a very easy-going way about him that wasn’t “salesy” at all, he did everything he said he was going to do and went above and beyond to ensure we had great pictures of the house. Very happy house sellers.

Darren is a calm, approachable and knowledgeable Real estate professional that made the process of selling our home look so easy. He was always one call or text away for all our queries and accommodated our (multiple) requests related to the marketing of the house. Our decision to list our home with Arizto proved highly rewarding when Darren managed to sell our home in just 3 weeks when other properties within the same street listed with traditional real estate agencies are on the market from months. I will highly recommend Darren Harris, along with Arizto.

Vance made the stressful process of purchasing a new property at the age of 84 very straightforward. He was there at each stage of the process and nothing was to much of a problem for him. If you are looking for an Agent that is personable will go that extra mile and professional then Vance is your man.

Te Rere came to us with a good knowledge of our area, an open mind to our wants and needs and advice when we required it. She always made herself available and was a cheerful and down-to-earth person who helped us every step of the way. Te Rere worked hard doing all she could for us and our sale which Arizto makes sure is very reasonably priced and I would use them any day over the ‘competition’.

This is the second house Vance has sold for me in 1 Month. As with the first it was sold promptly, this one in 4 days at the full asking price. Vance is a superb professional in his field and I would recommend him to anyone (and have, resulting in another sale) A smooth process from beginning to end with great responsiveness from Vance.

Raewyn was a pleasure to work with, her communication was clear and helpful. With regular updates all the way through the process. She helped us pick through several potential buyers, to suit our needs and requirements to keep on the existing tenants.

On first meeting Kere we were assured she would delivery what we were after. As Arizto was very new to our area we had some concerns as to what they could offer in the face of fierce competition from other agents and real estate brands; we need not have worried. The service was great, we were kept informed. Of most importance to us, Kere acted for us, not as the agent to the buyer’s advantage to get a quick sale as has experienced before. She really went into bat for the realistic price and stuck to her guns. We didn’t get any flamboyant style just a real appraisal of the market and what we could expect. As it turned we exceeded that. We are grateful to Kere for her professionalism and integrity. Would definitely recommend.

When I met Ian Watson from Arizto Real Estate I am really impressed with his expertise in the Northshore property market and a wide range of services offered at a fraction of the cost comparing to any other property agencies. From the first day I signed up the property with Arizto Real Estate every step of the selling process under Ian’s management is so easy and professionally completed to the highest standard there was no need for me to take care of anything but still had the control & oversight anytime I felt I need to be engaged in the process. What really impressed me is Ian’s dedication to his profession and his genuine interest in all the people he came across when selling the house. The marketing outcome is fantastic. I sell the house at fair market value and most importantly have saved at least $37,000 commission fee if I listed with any other property agencies. Not only Ian offered all the services typically expected from other agencies, they offered them at no cost if the property does not sell in the end.

Scott gave a us a good understanding of the Arizto selling process. He made the whole journey simple and efficient. We have sold before using the traditional agent/agency model, and private sale ourselves we will never use those models again, this process just makes sense in today's environment. Scott stayed in touch with us all the way through. He keep as appraised of everything that was happening. He understood exactly what we were trying to achieve and worked for us to achieve it. Scott knew his product and the agency requirements. If we needed to contact him we were always able to get hold of him at very short notice. We would recommend Scott Franks to anyone one looking to buy and sell real estate. He was completely professional throughout the process.

Wendy was very good at selling our property, however, her focus was more on a quick sale over gaining a higher price for the vendor... The marketing video and photography was great and overall a good outcome that resulted in a quick, hassle free sale. Would recommend to others who are wanting a painless experience!
