We have had our house on the market with Scott since a week prior to the March CoVid lockdown, until August. Scott has persevered over that time with savvy, innovative and adaptive marketing strategies, to best market our house. They worked. Personally, Scott has always been honest, helpful and quick to answer any queries we had had, and has kept us well informed through the entire process.

I got my house listed right before lock down, so the market was not good after the Alert level reduced to Level 1. During that time, Scott consistently followed up with potential buyers and brought them to come and view either in private viewing or open homes. We got 2 offers but not good enough, so Scott continuously monitor the situation and advised me what actions need to be taken to increase the chance for a sale. Finally we got reasonable offer and Scott was good to push it to the end. I would recommend to use him as your agent as he is professional, trustful and hardworking.

Scott was brilliant, he knew the local market and picked what the house would sell for and what was reasonable. He worked very hard for us and his communication was simple and to the point. Very pleased he managed to sell our house so quickly. Would happily use him again.

Te Rere had a professional approach to everything, while at the same time being extremely friendly. Everything was clearly explained from the very beginning and Te Rere showed a thorough knowledge of the market and what was required to sell our house. We have never felt so relaxed when selling and thoroughly recommend Te Rere as an accomplished estate agent.

Wendy was pleasant to deal with, sealed a deal for us quickly and at the price we thought was fair. Loved the cheaper fees, trade me listing, photography & drone footage of the property. Highly recommend.

We found Te Rere an excellent agent to deal with. Te Rere was able to answer all our questions about everything we wanted to know regarding the process of marketing and the types of sale to consider. Te Rere is good at listening. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely say Te Rere goes the extra mile. The outcome was fantastic with our property selling for more than 35% above the CV, which was much more than we expected. We cannot recommend Te Rere highly enough.
