Darren was great to deal with throughout the process and was always available when we needed him. He managed to sell our property during a difficult time of year with limited interested parties at open homes. Despite this, we ended up in a multi offer situation which ultimately lead to the sale of the property for a price we were happy with. The buyers proved difficult during the negotiations, but Darren's professionalism and persistence helped guide the conditional offer through to an unconditional one. We would happily use Arizto and Darren again.

Vance sold two houses for us in about 3 weeks. He managed a situation for one of the houses where the buyer wanted to proceed from first viewing to moving in within 48 hours. He negotiated late at night and ably managed a hassle from the buyer over move in time. Successfully completed sale in 48 hours with money in my bank.
