I met with several real estate agents before deciding to list this property with Wendy Vroegop. Apart from Aritzo's very appealing low fixed fee, Wendy presented as the most professional agent I dealt with in the early stages of the process. She is an excellent communicator and most importantly, she listens. From the outset this gave me confidence that she had the skills, experience and knowledge to achieve the result I wanted. She did not let me down and I highly recommend her as A Top Professional Agent. .

Alan sold our apartment in Wellington CBD through tender. We received a fair price for it. Alan was always warm to communicate with and was always quick to answer the phone. What I liked was that Alan always got to the point and didn't waste time. He wasn't blunt or anything like that, just direct and helpful. We have recommended Alan to others. Oti

Thank you Wendy for the work you've done in selling our property. It was an easy journey turned out to a very good result. Once we gave her access, time just flies and before we knew it our property was already sold. Again thank you and all the best to your Arizto family.

We have purchased and sold a number of properties over the years and have experienced some interesting Real Estate Sales people. Poor, Average and Outstanding. Vance falls in the Outstanding category. "Vance gets the job done"
