I found Scott particularly easy to deal with due to his honest and realistic approach in dealing with a property of a type and location that was that was not easy to sell. At all times he remained positive and supportive when I suspect other agents might have sought to "crunch the vendor" and seek an easy sale and quick exit. In the end Scott achieved the exact asking price for the property and importantly a figure that the vendor was very comfortable with. He was in touch with the local market and trends, and also was particularly helpful even after the sale became unconditional. I think even the end purchaser would be very appreciative of his attendances in that regard also. I also praise the Arizto model as an extremely cost efficient method compared to the archaic, unwarranted and ridiculously expensive two person (mostly ) team effort that the conventional, overhead burdened agencies still adopt as their principle selling method.
