Rawinia of Arizto Real Estate agency, a huge thank you for managing the sale of my property at 10 Tui Street, Pt Chev. You both have been a pleasure to deal with, in showing potential buyers my home and dealing with all the questions diligently and very professionally. What’s more remarkable is that I approached x4 big real estate companies including the local Pt Chev agency who gave me an estimated sale price, but I decided to give Arizto a go. My house was sold in 3 and half weeks of listing with Arizto and they achieved the market price if not more compared to the 4 big real estate’s estimates, resulting in significant savings in “traditional real estate fees” which has been passed onto the buyer. Note- Aritzo ‘s fees was $7500, so am very thrilled with the result. This is a big awakening call for people that are looking to sell, to choose Arizto when they are thinking of selling. Why wouldn’t you ? Especially Arizto’s lower fees allows both buyers and sellers to benefit, so everybody wins. Rawinia was very knowledgeable about Auckland market, what the buyers were looking for and kept me in the loop with communication and honest feedback from day 1. All feedback from open homes was logged in online at the end of each open home, which I had access to via Arizto’s fantastic online sales dashboard. Property file, LIM was all arranged by Aritzo and was put on their website which buyers had access to. I was so impressed with all the online digital access to information for both buyers and myself as a vendor making the whole sales process very smooth as all the information was available on fingertips when you needed them. No hidden or exponential fees with Arizto, once you list your property, you pay $2500 f which covers property photographs, listing on trademe and realestate sites, LIM and property files. Then you pay $5000 once the house is sold. Very straightforward ! Thanks once again.
