Having been enthusiastic cynics of the real estate industry for many years, we chose Arizto on price point and thought "How bad could they really be." To our great surprise Martin and the Arizto team were not only professional but exceeded our expectations. The photos were fantastic, all critical documents (LIM, title, Meth test etc) were ordered and paid for from the get go and the best part.... everything was completed online which meant there was no running to and fro, signing documents, scanning, emailing. We could view all information through our own online login - including open home times, buyer feedback, status of offers, the listing itself etc. Martin himself had been calling us with market updates relevant to our property well before we listed with him. This was one of the reasons we went with him - we knew he was knowledgable and already selling in the area. Martins communication has been fantastic. He offers very quick response times, is easy to talk to and combined with a bit of humour made this process very easy. We would not hesitate in using Martin and Arizto again, or recommending them.
