Roger was fantastic to deal with. Selling our home was actually the easiest part of our move overseas! His experience was evident from the moment we met him...he had done his research and had a plan for selling our home on our first meeting. We had a quick and hassle free sale and even after the sale went through and we were overseas, he was still helping us out with some final house tasks that we hadn't managed to complete before our departure! We had a couple of agents come through to look at our house to sell, Mike stood out for his knowledgeable, honest and personable approach. We didn’t have the easiest house to sell with a long settlement date and selling over the quieter Christmas/New Years period. Mike worked hard putting together a great campaign, following up all potential leads keeping us in the loop the whole time. Even when Mike took his family holiday he was still available when needed. The sale was super easy and having everything online made what can be a stressful time smooth! Would recommend Mike to anyone looking to sell!

I found Reo Smith a great real-estate agent to deal with. He kept me up to date every step of the way as to what was happening in the process of my house being on the market. I think Lee's market knowledge is fine - Quick to put on the market - no signage went up at all. We were asked if furniture was included and replied no - but she told Purchasers there were 2 beds available and the purchasers paid through money to our account which meant the hassle of refunding to them. Settlement day came and went - no word from Lee or appearance. I had to take our spare keys to the Purchasers and they said they had not heard anything further from her either. All in all a bit disappointing with communication and follow up - we felt like she was thinking sale completed and couldn't be bothered with a little good will or communication at the conclusion of same.
