We had a really great experience with Dave, he was always friendly and always easy to get hold of either by phone call or emailing. His communication was awesome he would always let us know what was going on with the house and if anything needed to be changed or added to the agreement. If I was unsure of something I'd just ask the question and he always came back with something helpful or would give us some advice on what do to. The communication could be improving specially of what the status was during the sale. There was no after market communication after the settlement date ,no questions asked of how we where doing. We did get the right price so that was also important.

I very much liked that everything could be done with only one meeting. During that first meeting we agreed the parameters and set up the online portal for communication. Thereafter all discussions, correspondence and offers were dealt with online. Regular updates showing enquiries, viewings etc, were sent by email. I was even able to negotiate and sign everything online. In the current COVID climate that was particularly attractive for me as I am recovering from a serious medical condition. Lee was very good at keeping in touch and keeping me up to date (thank you). Overall I am very happy and impressed with the process and with Lee.

After discussions we decided Ian had the skills and knowledge to sell our home and contracted Ian and Arizto. Ian held four open homes and each week he would email us with the number of people who attended and their feedback and would also phone and update us on other enquiries.
