Mike was the agent from our first home purchase and when we decided to sell, he was the only agent we thought of without hesitation. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Mike as a first home buyer and seller and he is great. He has made our buying and selling experience as seamless as possible. He is down to earth, easy to chat to, informative, communicative and more than happy to help with any queries. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone and be more than happy to use his services again. Thank you Mike :)

Joan was incredible, my home was listed right before the economy started changing majorly and she was very logical and quick to act on any interest rate rise or nationwide announcement that would affect the housing market. This enabled the home to be set at the right price throughout the duration of the listing and kept the house in the sights of potential buyers. The way Arizto handle everything digitally aligns with the way the world is moving and definitely saves time in peoples busy lives. Would recommend Joan to anyone looking at selling a home!

Working with Anna to purchase a home she was marketing was great. Anna’s honest , friendly and down to earth approach made all the difference to me when deciding on a home to buy. She was upfront from the beginning and didn’t over sale the home. Questions were answered immediately, confirming she had good industry knowledge and a genuine interest in the property she was marketing. The whole purchase process, from making an offer to signing the contract was great , very easy and stress free. I highly recommend Anna and her team to sell or buy your next property.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Vance to arrange the marketing and subsequent sale of our mothers property in KatiKati. Vance provided us with surety and the benefit of his considerable experience not only in the real estate arena itself, but in his knowledge of the Bay of Plenty area itself. Vance is a truly genuine, committed gentleman who will go the extra mile to provide assistance. This was of enormous benefit to us, being based in Auckland.

After meeting Kate a couple of times, when we decided to sell our family home we knew that she was the one that was going to do it. Kate knew how much our home meant to us, and her care and knowledge throughout the process was incredible. She kept us informed and we were never left asking questions she covered everything and made the process a lot easier, especially as we had put on offer on a property before ours was even on the market! Kate understood the importance of the move and she followed up every person that showed interest and came and viewed the property. We are super thankful for the hard work Kate put in to the sale to get it over the line and we are forever grateful of her! She’s incredible!

Nataša has been just amazing, such a dedicated agent who has been there for us on our level, appreciating and understanding what we wanted and our goals, not hers. I would highly recommend Nataša to anyone listing their property.
