Kara always went the extra mile from sprucing the house up for a viewing to the frequency of communication. She made sure everything was working for us and would make any changes needed. In such a difficult market we had more offers than many houses for sale around us and even with the market conditions being less than ideal, Kara was on a mission to get the best outcome for us and was great at closing deals. While some offers fell through due to the market conditions, it only took one to get the house sold and she was incredibly driven to get us to the point of putting a sold sticker on our sign. I have recommended Kara to a number of people in the area already and would recommend her for anyone wanting to sell. It was pleasure to meet Vance Bibby, agent for Arizto I met Vance around June 2022 just after the high market boom wanting a appraisal for my home at 19 Malta Cres. Katikati. Vance listed my home around July 20th 2022 when the housing market was steadily on the decline.
