Scott's market knowledge, insight, helpfulness and professionalism went far beyond the point the house was purchased through him. He kept in touch post sale arranging time for us with the vendor so we could work through extra chattels we were interested in purchasing and talking about the unique features of the property. Scott went above and beyond!

It was wonderful dealing with Michelle Kergozou, so helpful and always there to answer my questions pretty much immediately. I would definitely get Michelle to sell in the future as there were no hiccups and stress free... Thank you to you and Aritzo and Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 💐

Brought our first home through Tiana and was a great experience. Tiana’s communication was exceptional and she was really accommodating around work schedules. Highly recommend Tiana!

At a sad time selling our Dad's home, Michelle sorted everything. Many open homes. Kept us informed.

Taylor made our journey to sell our property super easy, from signing up, marketing, keeping in touch regularly and getting the sale across the line. Although our property was for a limited market, we trusted Taylor and the process and we're so pleased with the outcome. Thanks Taylor for all your help and getting it sold!

Right from meeting Nicky at an open home she was the agent we were using to sell our house. The fact that Arizto's commission was cheaper than others was a bonus. Nicky had our house sold on the first day of listing so it was a nice easy process. We will recommend Nicky to anybody who needs an agent.

We were 100% satisfied with Anna’s service, knowledge and negotiation skills during our sale. Anna’s relaxed personality was reassuring during a process that has the potential to be stressful, but we had no such concerns knowing Anna was there for support, and her professional approach was always maintained. We highly recommend Anna to anyone selling, Ariztro’s fabulous low fees were just the icing on the cake.

Scott is an excellent communicator, very personable and he always gave me timely updates and feedback. His advice was always professional, and friendly at the same time. I always felt he was working hard for me - which was proven with my house going under contract within two weeks of listing. I felt a strong measure of trust with Scott, his calm manner took the anxiety out of the process and I highly recommend him.

Joan gave us good advice without pushing her own agenda. She listened to us and came up with great solutions when initially marketing our house. When an offer was made, she went above and beyond during the sale to settlement process. The final week before settlement was horrific dealing with the purchaser but Joan was open and honest with both sides and very supportive through the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Joan to anyone who wants to sell and/or buy a property.
