Raewyn took over the sale of my property after it had already been on the market for five months with another company. The house was tenanted so she had to deal with telling my poor tenants that there would be more photos taken and that open homes would start again. She managed my tenants and access really well, it can't be as easy as dealing with an owner Raewyn managed everything so calmly and competently. She is a quiet acheiver who just gets on with the job and gets results. If there was a deadline for anything she always contacted me first It only took Raewyn two weeks to bring me an acceptable offer. It's Raewyn's style and manner that makes the house sale process seem stress free. She is experienced, organised and nothing is too much trouble. The fees being charged at a fair cost certainly help with the sale negotiations. I highly recommend using Raewyn Beazley and Arizto. We found Anna James through our search for an agent to help us sell our house before moving overseas. The first time Anna came to our house to do her inspection, we instantly had this feeling of "She is the one!". Anna is amazing with her communication from the initial inspection to open homes to deadline sale day up to the settlement day. Her bubbly personality adds a great character to her.
