We first met Kate when we were trying to purchase a house that she had listed. We found her to be extremely good to deal with in terms of speedy and clear communication. What we loved most was that she was totally upfront and realistic with us- no smoke and mirrors. We could trust her. When it came to selling our place, it was a no brainer that we should go with Kate- made all the sweeter by us saving up to $19k when compared to some other real estate companies. We were convinced having been on the other side as buyers that what we would get for our money was completely comparable to other real estate companies. And now that we’ve sold we have confirmed to ourselves that this was true. Kate was warm, completely genuine and likeable and yet shrewd (got us top dollar), professional and super efficient. I would use her again in a heartbeat if we ever sell again.
