We had the pleasure of meeting Eben on the first open of the property we just purchased. We found Eben extremely friendly, helpful, personable and honest. He guided us throughout the process of purchasing our new house and was always available for a phone call when needed. He assisted us in understanding the overwhelming process of purchasing and selling at the same time and simplifying this to us in layman's terms. Eben helped propose our long-term family situation to the vendors of the property which we felt assisted in the successful purchase of the house. Eben was great to deal with and didn't give off stereotypical "sales man" vibes. Overall, we found Eben to be a great human being and a great guy! We would highly recommend Eben, and we are slightly disappointed we didn't use him to sell our own property!
