He was extremely patient with my persistent questions (as a first-home buyer, I had a lot of questions). He always worked with the vendor's interest in mind (which he should do as a professional) but was still professional enough to understand our requirements and reminded us to seek professional help during every step of the process.

WOW! What an experience it was to work with Anna as our agent. Anna's communication throughout the process was amazing; she was informative, timely, very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted to achieve throughout the campaign. As a highly active agent Anna was also able to use her network to help drive buyers to our property. I'm sure this helped us gain a very pleasing sales price. Also great to work with Arizto. We were lucky enough to have bought in 2022 and Anna was the person selling the property through Arizto. When we first entered the property we were met with a brilliant welcome from Anna. We found no pressure from her but Anna answered all our questions with honesty and went out of her way to accommodate us for a second viewing. Anna was always contactable by phone and email and we found Anna answered all our requests. Forward to 2024 and time to sell, Anna was the first person we contacted for an appraisal. Again Anna was on top with responding quickly and professionally. Of course we contacted a few others companies but and we found that there was only 1 person that we wanted to sell our property. We had a buyer even before the property went to market, Anna did her job well. I really can’t give Anna enough praise, and highly recommend her.
