I gave Michelle a message on December 27th despite being the holiday period and she was happy to help and get everything rolling in motion. She even recommend a solicitor in hamilton that was great to have and give me the knowledge on all the questions I had asked her.

Genuine, trustworthy and responsive, I couldn't have wished for a better agent to work with on my first home purchase. Angela was fantastic at each step of the process. Highly recommend!

Having initially impressed us with a very thorough and detailed review of the current market and comparable properties, Rochelle has been fantastic to work with throughout the process. Despite a sluggish market, and juggling a number of listings, she diligently followed up every opportunity, providing constant communication and feedback.

Our house was on the market with another agency before we asked Michelle for an appraisal. The other agency had no success and barely any interest in our property. Michelle did everything she could to get our place sold. She had people through the doors at open homes and multiple private viewings before finally securing an unconditional offer for us. We could not be more impressed with her determination and commitment to selling our home and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

We had an excellent experience working with Paul and Katy as our real estate agents. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and attentive to our needs. They made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free with their expertise and guidance. On top of that, they were both kind and personable, making us feel comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I've pretty much left it to her realising that she has all the professional information that I don't have. She has been very willing to negotiate decisions about open homes and private viewings. Very helpful with staging to produce the best photos and present the house attractively to visitors.

Merrin was a fantastic agent when looking for our next family home. When it came to it, the process was very quick and efficient. She was excellent at communicating with us, very flexible to our tricky schedule, and assisting us every step of the way through the purchase. Would always recommend Merrin for finding your next home too.
