Kiri made a difficult journey easier as our home was on the market shortly after my husband died. She would be there with hugs when I got overwhelmed and constantly reinforced to me that I was in the driver's seat. When it got too much for me and my children, she encouraged me to take the house off the market to give us all a break which I was grateful for. She communicated with me weekly to advise of any progress. With my recent purchasers she advised on what to counteroffer as I knew my initial counteroffer would have driven them away.
