From the moment we first interacted with Sam she was beyond helpful. Knowing we were buying from out of town, Sam was happy to help organise a video viewing for us, send pictures of the home when we had questions and when we did come to visit the house on a couple of occasions, she was extremely flexible and willing to assist us.
