Keri was great to work with and after consistent open homes and identifying small maintenance issues a sale was the result. Kiri also managed to negotiate a solution for the new buyers where they stored their items in a garage in exchange for repairing a leaking tap issue. As the seller, this negotiation saved my sanity from unnecessary stress and expectations. I would use Kiri again.

Leigh knew this property suited us before it even made it to the open market - she worked so hard to ensure a successful purchase and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Leigh told us she works best under pressure and she was not wrong! She worked so hard to get us into our dream home and find the most amazing buyers for our house with such a tight deadline. We appreciate all the work she put in and her positivie attitude even with all the issues thrown our way - thanks Leigh :)

Dear Amelia, I wanted to send you a heartfelt thank you for the fantastic job you did in selling my home at 12 Rimuvale Street, Rotorua. From start to finish, you were knowledgeable, helpful, and always cheery—just as I remembered from when you first sold me the home nine years ago. It feels like a full-circle moment, and I’m so glad you were the one to help me both buy and now sell this special place. Your efficiency, clear communication, and genuine care made all the difference. I always felt you had my best interests at heart, and that kind of trust and support is truly invaluable in a process like this. Thank you again for making everything so easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell in Rotorua—you’re a real gem! Warmest regards, Stephanie Mitchell

We had a highly successful sales campaign with Jaggy that exceeded our expectations. Right from the start, he gave us excellent advice on painting and other improvements around the house, which completely transformed the property and made a huge difference to the result. Jaggy’s communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process, and his professionalism was outstanding. He is also friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. We felt confident every step of the way and knew we were in great hands. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Jaggy to anyone looking to sell their home.

Debbie gave us an honest appraisal and well informed info on the current market trends in our area. She went above and beyond in guiding us through the sale process and kept us up to date with all inquires. This helped relieve our stress levels and with her professional eye for detail ability to listen, the respectful manner in which she dealt with all parties to ensure a positive outcome was very refreshing. We would happily recommend Debbie as the prefect agent to work with and a great Company to do business with as well. Thank you Debbie and ARIZTO.

This was our second experience with selling a property with Glen and once again - results were delivered! We were thrilled that Glen helped with finding us a cash buyer where we sold above asking price! It couldn't have been a better result. In all of our dealings with Glen he has been positive, transparent and honest. Qualities that you want in an agent. Thanks again Glen - it was awesome working with you again.
