We met Steve by chance at an open home. He had a relaxed and approachable demeanor, but he clearly knew the market inside and out. We weren't quite ready to list, but we were comfortable with Steve, and decided to get on with it. Our property sold quickly, for a figure exactly in line with Steve's appraisal, so we were more than happy. In fact, the whole onboarding and documentation process was completely painless, and used some very clever technology. Oh, and once our house sold, Steve another home for us the very next day! Steve, Jake, and Erin are all great to deal with, they never put a foot wrong, and we were very impressed.

Kim was our realtor, it wasnt without drama from our end, however Kim was a rock through the process and always on the other end of phone to talk to and explain the selling and buying procsss. I doubt any other agent could be this great! Thats a fact. Would highly recommend Kim as a agent for selling or buying.
