Heather was very perceptive to our needs. She constantly interacted with us and told us what was going on. She saw the positives in our property and she sold it on those positives for us. A great help with this was the online promotion with the photos and the video. She allowed us to set the price but in her wisdom guided us there as well. The sale itself proceeded smoothly, with Heather facilitating meetings with the purchasers which we wanted very much.

As a first home buyer with very little knowledge, and looking to buy a house remotely at that, Steven was extremely accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process.
