Haley was enthusiastic, professional, and easy to communicate with. She let us know dates and times for viewings and the interest shown. She knew the area, local schools, traffic, general social status of residents in our street. Haley was happy to work with our mowing contractor, and accepted things would not be always perfect as the house was empty unless we were visiting. The purchasers were genuine, the contracts were workable and even though the house took a while to sell and at a lower price than expected, the whole process was an acceptable experience made easier by Haleys attitude and manner.

Bev and Jason were great to deal with. Very open and helpful. They understood the market, took time to assess our home's value, and provided regular communication on the sale process. Not pushy but good at listening. Their feedback from potential buyers was very honest and useful in reviewing our strategy and pricing. Our sale process was long due to a frustrating title issue but they hung in there providing updates and suggestions to keep things moving forward. Selling a house is a stressful process but Bev and Jason kept is simple and were easy to communicate with. They were themselves, just genuine. They were very professional, very proactive, very competent, and worked hard regardless of the setbacks. I'm not sure all agents would have done what they did for us.
