Vish and Shabana suggested a short campaign- lots of info to the various media and 3 weekends of Open Homes. By sale date they had a conditional offer but they continued to market the house and follow up with visitors to the Open Homes. When the conditional offer fell over they were able to bring two offers to the table- one of which went on to be the successful buyer. Great job to the end!

Working with Robbie was a positive experience. The entire process was simple and well-organised, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and manageable. Communication was clear, prompt, and consistent. I always felt informed and never had to chase updates. During negotiations, Robbie was open, honest, and upfront, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism he brought to every interaction. At times, the process felt a little impersonal. For example, completing the S&P through a form rather than a conversation. While this approach is clear-cut and simple, and may suit some people, a bit more personal interaction would have been appreciated, especially given the significance of buying my first home and not really understanding the process or things to include. That said, the overall experience was efficient, straightforward, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend Robbie’s services to others.
