By sale date they had a conditional offer but they continued to market the house and follow up with visitors to the Open Homes. Communication was clear, prompt, and consistent. I always felt informed and never had to chase updates. During negotiations, Robbie was open, honest, and upfront, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism he brought to every interaction. At times, the process felt a little impersonal. For example, completing the S&P through a form rather than a conversation. While this approach is clear-cut and simple, and may suit some people, a bit more personal interaction would have been appreciated, especially given the significance of buying my first home and not really understanding the process or things to include. That said, the overall experience was efficient, straightforward, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend Robbie’s services to others.
